BIOGRAPHY経歴

日本人の父と中国人の母を持ち、中学２年までは日本で育つ。
13歳の時に女優を目指し、親類をたよってニューヨークへ単身渡米。　
難関の芸能高校（ラガーディア）ダンス科を卒業後、中国の北京電影学院の本科に進学し、演技とアクションを学ぶ。
卒業後は、中国映画でヒロインを演じる。（セリフは北京語）
その後、ハリウッドに進出し、『山猫は眠らない10-レディ・デスの奪還-』『BLADE of the 47 RONIN』『213 Bones』など、
様々な作品で主演orメインの役を演じる。（セリフは英語と日本語）
コロナ禍を機に日本に帰国し、以後は拠点を日本に置いて、必要に応じて海外に行っている。
内面を表現する演技にも定評がある事に加え、身体能力を生かした華麗なアクションで高度な技をこなすことができる。

Japan-born actress working across U.S. and Asian productions, Luna Fujimoto has built a career spanning independent films and international studio projects.
She was nominated for Best Actress for her performance in Sae at the City of Angels Film Festival.
She is set to appear as part of the principal cast in an upcoming Japanese Hulu original series.
Her film credits include Blade of the 47 Ronin, 213 Bones, and Sniper: G.R.I.T., among others.
